Thank you for shopping with AJ2 Saving Services. We are committed to providing quality, affordable items while maintaining clear and fair business practices. Please review this policy carefully prior to completing your purchase.

• Final Sale / Exchanges Only

All sales are final. AJ2 Saving Services does not offer refunds. Exchanges may be considered only if the conditions below are met.

• Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of receiving the item. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be considered.

• Conditions for Exchange

Items must be unused, in original condition, and free from damage, misuse, or excessive wear. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for exchange.

• Exchange Approval

All exchange requests are subject to approval at the discretion of AJ2 Saving Services and are based on item condition, compliance with this policy, and inventory availability.

• Exclusions

Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or improper handling are not eligible for exchange.

Deposits, Holds, and Delivery Policy

• Deposits (Nonrefundable)

All deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits are required to:

• Reserve or hold an item in inventory, and/or
  
• Schedule delivery outside a 10-mile radius
  
  

Deposits apply toward the purchase price but will be forfeited if the transaction is canceled, delayed, or not completed as scheduled.

• Item Hold Policy

• 24-Hour Hold: Complimentary with a deposit
  
• Extended Hold: A $10 weekly hold fee is required for each additional week beyond the initial 24 hours
  
  

Hold fees are nonrefundable and must be paid in advance. Items not picked up within the agreed timeframe may be released back into inventory.

• Delivery Terms

Delivery scheduling is confirmed only after all required deposits and fees are paid. Missed, delayed, or rescheduled deliveries may result in additional fees and do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Important Notice

AJ2 Saving Services operates primarily through e-commerce sales and scheduled local meet-ups. Inventory availability is not guaranteed until payment and any required deposits are received.
