Home Furnishing Assistance

You’ll complete a Home Furnishing Assistance Questionnaire to share your household needs and the types of items you require, such as beds, sofas, kitchenware, and more. Based on your responses, AJ2 Saving Services assesses your eligibility and matches you with available furnishings. Once approved, you can opt into our flexible payment plan to receive items immediately. This personalized approach ensures that your home is outfitted with the pieces you need most, while making the process simple, convenient, and client-focused. We prioritize efficiency, affordability, and care at every step.

Let Me Furnish You – Payment Plan Program

The Let Me Furnish You program allows customers to get the furniture they need without credit checks.

Here’s how it works:

• 50% of your total furniture budget is paid upfront.
• The remaining balance is split into 3–6 payments based on your income.
• No credit check required.
• Once the deposit is paid in full, the customer receives their furniture.

For appliances, an additional 50% of the appliance cost is required upfront.

This program makes it easier to furnish your home while paying over time.

Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with AJ2 Saving Services. We are committed to providing quality, affordable items while maintaining clear and fair business practices. Please review this policy carefully prior to completing your purchase.

• Final Sale / Exchanges Only
• All sales are final. AJ2 Saving Services does not offer refunds. Exchanges may be considered only if the conditions below are met.
• Exchange Window
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of receiving the item. Requests made outside this timeframe will not be considered.
• Conditions for Exchange
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and free from damage, misuse, or excessive wear. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchange Approval
• All exchange requests are subject to approval at the discretion of AJ2 Saving Services and are based on item condition, compliance with this policy, and inventory availability.
• Exclusions
• Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or improper handling are not eligible for exchange.

Deposits, Holds, and Delivery Policy

• Deposits (Nonrefundable)
• All deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits are required to:
• Reserve or hold an item in inventory, and/or
• Schedule delivery outside a 10-mile radius
• Deposits apply toward the purchase price but will be forfeited if the transaction is canceled, delayed, or not completed as scheduled.
• Item Hold Policy
  
• 24-Hour Hold: Complimentary with a deposit
• Extended Hold: A $10 weekly hold fee is required for each additional week beyond the initial 24 hours
• Hold fees are nonrefundable and must be paid in advance. Items not picked up within the agreed timeframe may be released back into inventory.

Delivery Terms

Delivery scheduling is confirmed only after all required deposits and fees are paid. Missed, delayed, or rescheduled deliveries may result in additional fees and do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Important Notice

AJ2 Saving Services operates primarily through e-commerce sales and scheduled local meet-ups. Inventory availability is not guaranteed until payment and any required deposits are received.

All appliances sold by AJ2 Saving Services LLC are sold AS-IS and are FINAL SALE.

Due to the nature of resale and consignment inventory, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once the appliance leaves our possession unless an extended warranty has been purchased at the time of sale.

If an extended warranty is purchased:

• Coverage terms will be outlined in writing.
• Warranty applies only within the specified time frame.
• Customer must provide original receipt.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
